SHIPPING

Orders you place from Loie Istanbul are shipped within Istanbul via Bolt Cargo and Yurtiçi Cargo. For other regions, they are shipped via Yurtiçi Cargo.

Orders you place from Loie Istanbul will be shipped to your registered delivery address within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

Do not forget to check your delivery address to avoid any mistakes.

TEM Courier Same-Day Delivery: Shipping is not available to Adalar, Arnavutköy, Beykoz, Çekmeköy, Eyüpsultan, Sarıyer, Silivri, and Şile, Tuzla districts. (TEM Courier Same-Day Delivery: For all orders placed by 11:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, delivery is made on the same day in Istanbul. Delivery is completed before 11:00 p.m.)

For international orders to European countries, shipment is made with an ATR certificate (ATR: Tax reduction).

The VAT rate determined by countries cannot be changed. Any taxes that may arise are the responsibility of the customer.
