Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT. The VAT amount is specified on the invoice as 10% for clothing products.

ORDER
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, we can refund the payment for the original order, and you can place a new order.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the products and request an exchange or return.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. During special days, holidays, or public holidays, there may be a 1 to 3-day delay in delivery.
We deliver our products within Istanbul via Yurt Kargo. For returns, you can also send items within Istanbul using XX Kargo, and for other cities, you can use Yurtiçi Kargo with the shipping code “752116272”.
If your order has not been packed yet, you can cancel it by going to the “My Account / My Orders” section and clicking the “Cancel Order” button to send your cancellation request to us. Alternatively, you can notify us via WhatsApp at +90 549 565 25 80. Your order will be canceled within the same day.

No, delivery is not made on public holidays.
Unfortunately, the recipient name provided during the order cannot be changed later.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address on our end. In such cases, please contact Yurtiçi Kargo customer service at 444 99 99 based on the delivery method you selected during checkout to get detailed information.
If your order couldn’t be delivered, the courier company will leave a notice with details. You can contact the cargo branch mentioned on the notice to arrange for the delivery or pick-up of your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can return the product within 15 days as long as it has not been used. Returns that meet the return policy will be approved, and the product price will be refunded to your account within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that the refund may take 7 to 15 business days to appear in your account due to bank processing times.
You can return a product if it is unused and the packaging is undamaged. The product must be returned with its original box and all accessories included.
Note:
• Handbag models cannot be exchanged or returned.
• For all products, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund (1-3 DS: 130.00 TL, 4-6 DS: 160 TL).
• For international orders, exchanges or returns are accepted. Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping fees and taxes.
The TEM Kurye Same Day Delivery service fee is non-refundable in case of a return. This service applies to the following areas: Adalar, Arnavutköy, Beykoz, Çatalca, Çekmeköy, Eyüpsultan, Sarıyer, Silivri, Şile, and Pendik.
